Join AIGA Reno/Tahoe as we present Oakland based bad-ass screen printer and poster designer, Lil Tuffy. He'll be joined by Scotty Roller of Rock City Posters. After, stay for an exclusive screening of “Just Like Being There” on Thursday, August 28. An SXSW 2012 selection, this in-depth documentary tells the story of the history and rise of gig posters, with an intimate look into the artists behind them and the cultural impact of the once under-appreciated art form.
Beginning at 6:30pm, the event will feature music and pop-up poster shops by both Rock City Posters and Lil Tuffy.
