AIGA Reno/Tahoe invites you to explore the typography of downtown Reno on July 27, at the eighth annual TypeWalk. This year we encourage you to focus your lens on Reno’s amazing collection of historic neon signage, creative murals and hand lettering popping up all over our city. Explore the unique typography, while discovering and photographing the best 26 letters of the alphabet represented in paint, print, or the soft glow of neon. 

On Your Mark...

Starting (and pre-gaming) at Craft at 6:30pm, you’ll embark in teams of two in an effort to collect the most unique photos to be featured on the 2017 TypeWalk commemorative poster! You’ll also receive your map and directions, so don't miss out!

Finish Line.

You’ll then reconvene at The Eddy between 9-9:30p, where we’ll view a slideshow from the evening and grab a night cap!
