AIGA Reno/Tahoe invites you to explore the typography of Sparks' Victorian Square at the second annual TypeWalk. The goal is to search out, spot and take photos of the very best 26 letters of the alphabet represented in paint, print or in the glowing lights of the neighborhood. The goal is to have the most unique photos in your creative search of the perfect j, q or b. The best will be chosen for the second annual TypeWalk commemorative poster. The Typewalk is a collaborative event. Create a team of two or we’ll team you up with someone for some urban spelunking. Don't forget to bring some cash as we'll be grabbing a bite from Blind Onion Pizza. All participants will reconvene at the Great Basin Brewery between 1030-11pm to view the slideshow from the evening and grab a night cap! Registration for the event begins June 1, 2013.
